This Privacy Policy establishes the terms under which Enfocal operates the website available at https://enfocal.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) in compliance with applicable data security laws in the United States.


Personal data provided by Users within the Website are processed by Enfocal, the Personal Data Controller, located in the United States. The Data Controller can be reached via email at [Email Address].

  1. The scope of processed data is determined by the contact form completed by the User, which is sent to Enfocal and includes the email address, name of the User, and additionally, the computer IP address. Personal data of Users, upon prior consent of the User, may be used for contact with Users and may be shared with third-party entities for the purpose of sending newsletters and displaying advertisements.
  2. Personal data of the Website Users will be processed for the following purposes: (a) provision of services by electronic means, (b) promotional or marketing actions of Enfocal.
  3. Personal data of Users will be processed for a period determined by applicable data retention laws and will be deleted upon the lapse of the said period, unless their processing results from another legal basis.

All Intellectual Property created by Enfocal pursuant to the provision of the Services shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Enfocal.

Responsibility for compliance with this Policy rests with department heads and individual employees collecting, using, or otherwise processing Personal Information. Business units and departments are responsible for implementing standards, guidelines, and procedures that uphold this Policy.


The Enfocal website does not use cookies for user data harvesting.

This Policy governs the processing of Personal Information by Enfocal and its employees, agents, and affiliates and may be supplemented by additional policies as needed. In case of any conflict, this Policy will supersede supplemental policies to the extent that the supplemental policies are less restrictive.
